Key Responsibilities

o Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

o Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

o Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.

o Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

o Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions.

o Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

o Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

o Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.

o Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

o Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.

o Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

o Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights.

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.





o Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

o Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

o Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

o 3-4 years of experience in IT sales or business development.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

o Strong understanding of IT products and services.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

o Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

o Willingness to travel as required.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
