Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have a sales-oriented mindset and be comfortable interacting with prospective customers, following up on leads, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and respond to queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Regularly follow up with leads and nurture potential customers.
- Negotiate with prospects and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Bit exposure within sales, business development, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Valuable interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with a sales-oriented mindset will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also be considered.
