We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings and product/service demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
- Experience: 0–4 Years; Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a agile environment.
