Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities

Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels

Understand client requirements and business challenges

Present Sprouting Tales' video production and creative services

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

Follow up consistently with potential customers

Prepare and communicate proposals based on client requirements

Coordinate with the internal production team when required

Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline

Negotiate with prospects and work toward successful deal closures

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups

Achieve individual business development and sales targets





Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and client acquisition strategies

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Acquisition, or a related field

Any Graduate qualification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in speaking with new and existing clients

Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities

Good follow-up and relationship-management skills

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Comfortable working from the Mumbai office

Interest in media, video production, digital marketing, or creative services is an advantage
