Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month (Target-Based)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Rent A Coder, and other online channels.
- Identify potential clients and generate quality leads for IT services.
- Prepare and submit proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project execution.
- Develop strategies to penetrate recent markets and acquire new projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of online bidding portals and lead generation.




- Understanding of IT services and software development is preferred.
- Ability to draft professional proposals and presentations.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
