Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Maintain follow-ups with customers regularly.

Update call details and customer information in CRM/system.

Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.





Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills (English + Regional language preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate / Intermediate

Experience: 0 –1 year (Freshers can apply)

Prior experience in Tele calling/Customer Support/Tele Sales is an added advantage.

Work Details

Working Hours: [9 AM - 6 PM], 6days working

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives

Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per week
