About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in B2B SaaS / Software Product Sales.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-value enterprise sales, preferably with a demonstrated track record of managing ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+ ticket-size opportunities.

This is a field-oriented business development role involving client meetings, prospecting, product presentations, negotiations and end-to-end sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers, business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Handle high-value enterprise opportunities and negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline information in CRM.
- Travel regularly for client meetings and business development activities.
- Work closely with internal technical, product and management teams for successful deal closure.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software Product Sales.




- Proven experience in enterprise or high-value B2B sales.
- Candidates who have handled ₹50 Lakhs – ₹1 Crore+ ticket-size deals will be strongly preferred.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS / technology sales cycle.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior decision-makers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Must have a two-wheeler/bike.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period preferred.

Compensation Final salary will be decided based on the candidate's skills, experience and demonstrated sales capability.
