1. Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Sales experience

Education: Graduation is mandatory

Gender Preference: Male

CTC: 5.0 – 6.5 LPA

Interview: Face-to-Face only

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calling, networking, references, and market visits.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven Sales experience.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales setting.
- B2B/B2C sales, field sales, business development, or direct sales experience preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.

1. Inside Sales Associate

Experience: Sales / Inside Sales experience preferred

Education: Graduation is mandatory

Gender Preference: Female

CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA

Interview: Face-to-Face only

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM/sales systems.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth closure.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Sales, telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality.
- Comfortable making customer calls and achieving sales targets.
- Female candidates preferred.
