About the Role

Research Craft is looking for a Business Development Associate to handle and convert incoming leads. Leads will be provided directly through our CRM, so there is no requirement for cold lead generation.

The selected candidate will receive complete training on our services, CRM, sales process, and client communication.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through the Research Craft CRM.
- Contact prospects via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle basic objections and negotiate professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain accurate lead status and notes in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the internal research team for project requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident speaking and skilled WhatsApp communication.
- Good convincing and negotiation ability.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable working with CRM/software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn academic research and publication services.
