Leverage Edu is looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to engage with Indian nurses and working professionals interested in international career opportunities in Germany and Japan. The role involves counselling candidates, promoting German language training programs, and driving enrolments for overseas career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to and counsel Indian nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany.
- Guide working professionals interested in building a career in Japan through caregiving programs.
- Explain the perks of working abroad, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
- Promote German language training programs required for overseas job opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable overseas career programs.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, business development, tele-sales, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and counselling.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up and client management skills.
