Job Role: Business Development Associate

- Acquire new customers for the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct field sales.

- Conduct daily local market visits to generate leads and promote banking products.

- Identify potential customers and complete the account opening and onboarding process.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Engage existing customers to encourage additional deposits.

- Cross-sell relevant banking products based on customer requirements.

- Participate in local marketing activities, promotional events, and campaigns.

- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Attend regular training programs to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness.

- Maintain proper customer records and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Degree certificate is mandatory.

- CIBIL Score: Mandatory for the BDE role.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹16,800 – ₹19,800 per month.

- Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 based on performance.

- Holidays: Every Sunday and 2nd & 4th Saturday off.
