Hiring unit: Secure Life Solutions, Authorised Business Associate of Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Tata AIA Life is expanding its agency distribution across the whole of Madhya Pradesh. Through Secure Life Solutions — a 300+ advisor network led by CA Rohit Shukla, Drona Award winner and 2x MDRT qualifier — we are appointing Business Associate Leaders to build and run their own advisor units in their home districts.

We are hiring across Madhya Pradesh. Whether you are in a divisional headquarters or a district town, if you have a network and the will to build a team, we want to talk.

This is an appointed intermediary position, not a salaried job. You will build a licensed advisor team under the Tata AIA banner and earn from your unit's production — commission, renewals and overriding income. There is no fixed CTC. If you want a monthly salary slip, this is not the role. If you want to build a book that pays you for years, read on.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Recruit, license and activate a team of IRDAI-certified life insurance advisors in your district and surrounding tehsils
- Train your team on Tata AIA's product suite, needs-based selling and compliance, using our decks, SOPs and certification support
- Deliver monthly unit targets and groom your top advisors into leaders of their own
- Drive local activation — canopy activities, investment awareness programmes, corporate tie-ups and referral engines
- Protect the book. Persistency, accurate disclosure and ethical sourcing are non-negotiable

- WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years in life insurance, BFSI or financial distribution — Development Officer, Agency Manager, Unit Manager, Sales Manager, or existing agency/broking background
- Or a skilled with a deep local trust network — CA, tax consultant, MFD, LIC agent, real estate or auto dealer, coaching institute owner




- Proven ability to recruit and retain a team. This role is 70% people, 30% product
- Genuine roots in your district. You should be able to name 25 people today who would take your call
- Willing to set up a small office and invest in your own growth
- Graduate, comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp Business and basic digital tools
