Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern / Executive to support our business, product, and technology teams.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, conducting research, preparing documentation, analyzing data, and supporting the development of effective business and technology solutions.

This role is suitable for freshers, interns, and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are interested in building a career in Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, or Technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create user stories, use cases, process flows,



and requirement specifications.
- Coordinate with business, product, design, development, and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Track requirements, project progress, and action items.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate developed features against requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain proper project and requirement documentation.
- Assist senior Business Analysts and Product Managers in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, Project Coordination, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects or internships are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
