We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to support LMS content preparation. The role involves developing structured, technology-specific learning content, practical exercises, assignments, assessments, question banks, and video-delivery scripts based on approved curricula.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with Trainers and Course Heads to ensure content is accurate, practical, and aligned with current industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop technology-specific learning content based on approved curriculum and business requirements.
2. Prepare structured module-wise and topic-wise learning materials for technical programs.
3. Create practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and technical question banks.
4. Develop video-delivery scripts and supporting learning resources where required.
5. Ensure content is technically accurate, practically relevant, and aligned with current industry requirements.
6. Review and update existing LMS content based on technology changes and curriculum requirements.
7. Coordinate with Trainers, Course Heads, and relevant stakeholders for content development and updates.
