Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, preparing functional documentation, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process discussions.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications as required.
- Prioritize requirements and maintain a well-structured product/project backlog.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.




- Track requirements and changes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business insights and project status.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Positive understanding of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to create process diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of SQL, familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill.

Good to Have:

- Experience working on web/mobile application projects.
- Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
- Relevant BA/IT certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certification.
