? About the Internship

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work with different teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes and data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of effective business solutions. You will gain practical exposure to how organizations use data and structured analysis to solve business problems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare requirement documents, reports, presentations, and process flows.
- Assist in analyzing business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the preparation and tracking of business KPIs.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to communicate requirements.
- Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Support testing and validation of new processes, systems, or features.
- Identify potential business risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies.
- Assist in preparing data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation of requirements, processes, and project updates.




- Support senior business analysts with research and ad-hoc analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of basic business analysis concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather information and understand business requirements.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
