Role Description The Brand Advocate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon.

The Brand

Advocate will represent and promote My Barrel & Beyond’s portfolio in key venues, engaging with customers, trade partners, and influencers to build brand awareness and loyalty. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product tastings and educational sessions, sharing brand stories and product knowledge, and ensuring consistent brand visibility through in-outlet activations and events.



The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, collecting feedback from the market, and reporting insights to support brand and portfolio development.

The Brand

Advocate will maintain a skilled, responsible approach to alcohol promotion, aligning all activities with company guidelines and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build lasting relationships.
- Experience in brand promotion, customer-facing roles, or the hospitality, HORECA, or alcobev industry.
- Ability to deliver product education, tastings, and storytelling with confidence and professionalism.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle events, activations, and reporting responsibilities.
- Comfort working on-site in outlets and event environments, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits, and an interest in learning about global brands, provenance, and tasting profiles.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to responsible alcohol advocacy and adherence to all legal and company compliance requirements.
