About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager - Home Loans to drive business growth, lead sales initiatives, and expand our home loan portfolio across Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve home loan sales targets and business objectives.

- Source and develop new business through direct sales, builders, brokers, DSAs, and referral channels.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Identify opportunities in the local market and develop strategies to increase market share.

- Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the loan process.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Monitor competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 3 years of experience in Home Loan Sales.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Strong network with builders, brokers, and channel partners is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Graduation in any discipline.
