Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Head to manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Redhills branch, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Customer Coordination, Team Management and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the overall branch operations and daily activities.

- Lead and coordinate the Sales, Service and Spare Parts teams.

- Monitor branch sales targets, service activities and revenue performance.

- Plan and follow up on customer enquiries, orders and pending requirements.

- Monitor service calls, AMC activities and customer complaints.

- Ensure timely quotation, order processing, billing and payment follow-up.

- Monitor spare parts stock, inventory movement and requirements.

- Coordinate with Head Office and management for branch-related activities.

- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity and performance.

- Conduct regular branch meetings and review team performance.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers.





- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in achieving targets.

- Ensure proper maintenance of branch records, reports and documents.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures.

- Submit daily/weekly/monthly branch performance reports to management.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Valuable knowledge of Sales, Service and Spare Parts operations.

- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.

- Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to handle branch operations independently.

- Experience in DG Sets, industrial equipment, automobile, machinery or service industry will be preferred.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma

MBA / BBA / B.Com will be an added advantage.
