Position: Branch Manager (BM)

Locations: Bangalore, Dharwad, Bijapur & Bagalkot

Industry: Capital Markets / Stock Broking / Financial Services

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and lead Relationship Managers, Dealers, and branch staff to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Achieve monthly business targets across various products and monitor performance against benchmarks.
- Focus on acquiring and developing relationships with HNI and Corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Analyze branch performance and identify areas for business improvement.
- Motivate, guide, and train team members to improve productivity and target achievement.
- Handle client grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Minimize trade errors and implement proper risk-management practices, including debit and debit collection.
- Ensure smooth and cost-productive branch operations, including Pay-In and Pay-Out activities.
- Monitor individual employee performance against assigned monthly targets.




- Conduct regular team meetings and share market updates and business priorities.
- Report branch activities and performance to the Regional Manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Markets / Stock Broking / Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of capital market operations and investment products.
- Proven experience in branch management, business development, and target achievement.
- Strong exposure to HNI and Corporate client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent team-handling, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Good understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing branch operations.
