Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to grow agency channel sales, focusing on health insurance products.

- Oversee branch handling activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of agents.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.

Job Requirements :

- 4-13 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency sales or branch management.

- Proven track record in heading a branch or managing an agency channel.

- Strong understanding of health insurance products and services offered by various providers.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
