We are looking for a customer-oriented Booking Executive to manage villa reservations and ensure a seamless booking experience for guests. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, process bookings, coordinate with internal teams, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle villa booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

- Manage reservations, cancellations, modifications, and confirmations.

- Provide guests with accurate information regarding villa availability, pricing, and amenities.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure guest readiness.

- Maintain booking records and update reservation systems.

- Process payments and prepare booking-related documentation.

- Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.

- Generate daily booking and occupancy reports.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation software.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
