You do not need previous experience in artificial intelligence or machine learning for this role. If you are comfortable using Blender and have a good eye for detail, we will provide the annotation guidelines and project-specific training you need.

About the role

We are looking for Blender users who can confidently navigate the software and recognize its tools, settings, panels, and common workflows.

You will review Blender screenshots and workflow examples, identify what is happening, and label the relevant tools or actions according to transparent instructions. This is a practical Blender-focused role—it does not require programming, AI research, or advanced technical knowledge.

What you will do

- Review screenshots and visual data from the Blender interface.
- Identify Blender tools, menus, icons, panels, editors, settings, and workflow actions.
- Recognize common workflows involving modeling, object editing, meshes, modifiers, materials, lighting, cameras, rendering, and basic animation.
- Add or review labels using clear, step-by-step annotation guidelines.
- Check completed annotations for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Flag screenshots or instructions that are unclear or incomplete.
- Work with annotation and quality-review team members to resolve questions.
- Complete assigned work within agreed timelines.

What we are looking for

- Approximately one year or more of hands-on Blender experience through professional, freelance, academic, or personal projects.




- Comfortable navigating Blender’s interface, workspaces, menus, panels, editors, and settings.
- Familiarity with common Blender features such as object manipulation, Edit Mode, meshes, modifiers, materials, textures, lighting, cameras, rendering, and basic animation.
- Good visual attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured instructions carefully.
- Reliable written communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

A formal degree is not required. We welcome self-taught Blender users and candidates whose experience comes from personal projects, freelance work, education, animation, game development, VFX, or 3D content creation. Helpful, but not required
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, software testing, or technical support.
- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Experience creating 3D models, animations, game assets, renders, or visual effects.
- Previous exposure to AI or machine-learning projects.

Role details
- Work arrangement: Fully remote
- Engagement: Contract, with full-time availability preferred
- Compensation: USD $7–$10 per hour , depending on experience and assessment performance
- Experience: Approximately one year or more of practical Blender use
- Eligible locations: Philippines, India, Egypt, Pakistan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Ukraine
