- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of medical equipment as per the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC), and company service schedules.

- Conduct equipment inspections, calibration, cleaning, and functional testing according to OEM guidelines.

- Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues during preventive maintenance visits.

- Prepare and submit accurate service reports immediately after every service visit.

- Maintain service records, preventive maintenance schedules, and customer documentation.

- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator for PM planning and scheduling.

- Escalate major technical issues to senior engineers or OEM technical support.

- Ensure timely closure of assigned service calls and preventive maintenance activities.

- Maintain inventory of service tools, spare parts, and consumables.





- Educate customers on the proper operation and routine care of equipment.

- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships by providing professional technical support.

- Support installation, commissioning, and breakdown service whenever required.
