BIM MANAGER

Mixed-Use Development | 10-12 Years Experience Required

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead multi-stakeholder BIM coordination across client BIM agency, design consultants, and general contractors for a large-scale mixed-use project. This role focuses on orchestrating BIM processes, ensuring drawing delivery compliance, and facilitating seamless coordinationnot direct modeling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate BIM activities between client's BIM agency, design consultants, and contractors. Facilitate coordination meetings, manage deliverable schedules, resolve inter-party conflicts, and monitor compliance with client's BIM requirements.

Drawing Delivery Management Oversee drawing workflows from design through construction documentation. Coordinate submission schedules, track versions across disciplines, and implement quality control checkpoints before final submission.

BIM Protocol Compliance Ensure adherence to Client's BIM Execution Plan and ISO 19650 standards. Monitor model exchanges, maintain governance framework, and audit contractor's LOD 300 to LOD 350 upgrades for shop drawing creation.

Design Coordination Facilitate multi-disciplinary reviews, clash detection, and resolution meetings. Monitor coordination progress across hotel,



office, and BIOME facility blocks. Track and resolve design conflicts through BIM processes.

Quality Assurance Audit and take handover of Project Information Model post-GFC stage. Review BIM deliverable quality before client submission. Maintain comprehensive coordination documentation and audit trails.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 15-20 years overall experience with minimum 5+ years in BIM management
- Proven track record in large-scale commercial/mixed-use projects
- Essential multi-stakeholder coordination experience

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

- Navisworks Manage/Freedom (clash detection, model review)
- BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (multi-party collaboration)
- Autodesk Revit (process understanding)
- AutoCAD (drawing coordination)
- Common Data Workplace platforms

Preferred

- BIM Professional Certifications (Autodesk/Bentley)
- Synchro 4D, ProjectWise/SharePoint experience
