Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Executive to join a reputed jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, payments, customer transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing and sales records.
- Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and applicable taxes before billing.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain proper records of returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Perform daily cash and billing reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer and transaction information.
- Follow showroom billing procedures and company policies.





Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of experience in billing, retail, jewellery, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
- Prior experience in a jewellery showroom will be an advantage.
