Job Summary

SPARC is looking for a Billing Engineer to handle project billing, measurements, quantity calculations and related documentation for waterproofing projects.

Responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements, quantity calculations and rate analysis.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Track project progress and prepare billing based on work executed.
- Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers and clients regarding billing and measurements.
- Maintain project-wise billing records and documentation.
- Assist in reconciliation of quantities and materials where required.

Requirements




- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in construction/project billing.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis and MS Excel.
- Experience in waterproofing or civil construction will be an added advantage.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Gurgaon/NCR-based candidates preferred.

Experience: 2+ years preferred Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
