Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and timelines using MS Project.

- Develop detailed activity schedules, WBS, resource plans, and project milestones.

- Prepare monthly/weekly client bills, RA bills, measurement sheets, and quantity reconciliation.

- Verify BOQ quantities, work measurements, rates, and contractor bills against approved drawings and specifications.

- Track planned vs. actual progress, identify delays, and prepare progress reports.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients for billing and planning activities.

- Update MS Project schedules based on actual site progress and monitor critical path and project delays.

- Prepare cash-flow forecasts, cost projections, and billing forecasts.





- Maintain records of variations, extra items, deductions, and reconciliation statements.

- Prepare MIS reports, progress dashboards, S-curves, and management reports.

- Support quantity take-offs and cost estimation for residential and commercial construction works.

- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills while maintaining proper documentation.

- Conduct regular site visits to validate physical progress and billing quantities.

- Assist in project coordination, cost control, and timely completion of construction activities.
