Designation: Bid & Tender Executive – Government Business

Experience: 1+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Location: Pune

We are looking for a Bid & Tender Executive with experience in handling multiple products, government tenders, GeM and eProcurement. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, documentation, pricing and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle multiple product categories and their tender requirements.
- Manage complete bid and tender lifecycle from tender identification to submission.
- Analyse RFP/RFQ, tender documents, BOQ, SOW and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, pricing and BOQ validation.
- Handle GeM, eProcurement, government and PSU tenders.
- Prepare compliance matrices, comparative statements and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with Technical, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams.
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications and documentation.
- Support GeM bidding,



Reverse Auction and L1 negotiations.
- Maintain bid trackers, MIS and tender records.
- Use AI tools, automation and Power BI for improving bid management and reporting.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Tender/Bid Management, Government Business, GeM, Procurement or Pre-Sales.
- Good knowledge of multiple products and technical specifications.
- Experience in GeM, eProcurement, RFP/RFQ and government tenders.
- Solid documentation, analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ, pricing, compliance and commercial proposals.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools/automation and Power BI will be an added advantage.
