Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor tender portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement) and other sources to identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Lead end-to-end bid management, including proposal preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Analyze bid requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, finance, and management teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Review tender requirements, prepare commercial and technical proposals, and manage bid trackers.




- Support business development initiatives through pre-sales activities and client interactions.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a database of upcoming opportunities.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in bid management, tendering, or pre-sales.
- Positive understanding of tendering processes, RFPs, and proposal preparation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple bids and work within deadlines.
