About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid management process for technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of successfully closing bids and technology projects, with the ability to manage opportunities from initial requirement analysis through proposal, negotiation, closure, and project handover.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from prospect identification to successful closure.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with technology, sales, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to prepare winning bids.
- Drive bid strategy, solution positioning, pricing coordination, timelines, and submission activities.
- Track and manage multiple bids and ensure proposals are submitted within deadlines.
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, negotiations, and clarification meetings.
- Successfully close technology bids and ensure smooth transition of won projects to delivery teams.
- Maintain bid pipelines, opportunity status, forecasts, and management reports.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and competitive factors and incorporate them into bid strategy.




- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support post-bid analysis and continuously improve the organization's bid-winning approach

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Bid Manager / Proposal Manager / Presales Manager in the technology or IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in winning and closing technology bids and projects.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costing and pricing.-
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and delivery teams.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Blockchain/Web3 technologies.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and emerging technology solutions.
- Experience managing bids involving AI, blockchain, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to international clients and technology consulting engagements.
