- Operate batch coding and printing machines as per production requirements and SOPs.
- Set and adjust the machine according to product, packaging material, and coding requirements.
- Enter and verify batch number, MFG date, EXP date, MRP, product code, and other variable data before starting production.
- Check the printed code for clarity, accuracy, alignment, readability, and permanence.
- Conduct regular online inspection of coded products during production.
- Ensure that incorrect, unclear, missing, or misprinted codes are immediately identified and segregated.
- Maintain proper records of batch coding and production activities.
- Perform routine cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of the coding machine.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Maintenance departments whenever required.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
