Role Description The Barista role at Oberai Bakers & Cafe is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to cafe standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, restocking supplies, and handling cash and digital payments.

The Barista greets guests, takes orders, answers questions about menu items, and ensures a courteous, efficient service experience. The role also involves supporting bakery operations by presenting food items, assisting with simple food preparation,
