To ensure exceptional coffee preparation, beverage consistency, and smooth functioning of the coffee station while delivering outstanding guest experience and supporting overall café operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee Operations

- Prepare espresso-based beverages, cold coffees, teas, and other café drinks as per brand standards

- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages

- Calibrate grinders and monitor espresso extraction daily

- Execute basic latte art and maintain beverage presentation standards

- Support food plating and quick service operations when required

Equipment Handling & Maintenance

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment efficiently

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment

- Report technical faults or maintenance issues promptly

- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the coffee station at all times

Customer Service

- Engage warmly with guests and provide excellent customer service

- Recommend beverages and menu items confidently

- Handle customer feedback professionally

- Maintain an energetic, friendly, and well-groomed appearance

Team Support

- Train and guide junior baristas and café staff

- Assist during peak hours to ensure smooth operations





- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for efficient order execution

- Support counter billing and POS operations when needed

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, disposables, and café supplies

- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage practices

- Assist in stock counting and inventory reporting

Skills & RequirementsQualification

- Graduate or 10+2

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in café operations or as a Barista

Key Skills

- Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction

- Passion for specialty coffee and café culture

- Basic to intermediate latte art skills

- Speed, consistency, and multitasking ability

- Good communication and customer interaction skills

- POS handling knowledge

- Team-oriented attitude and operational discipline
