Job Purpose To manage the companys complete banking and finance activities, including fund management, working capital, banking relationships, credit facilities, cash flow planning, and financial documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day banking operations and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle working capital facilities, CC/OD limits, term loans, BGs, LCs and other banking facilities.
- Coordinate with banks for sanction, renewal and enhancement of credit limits.
- Prepare and submit CMA data, stock statements, financial projections and other banking documentation.
- Monitor daily cash flow, fund position and working capital requirements.
- Plan fund utilization to ensure availability of funds while minimizing finance costs.
- Handle LC opening, amendments, documentation, retirement and related import/export banking transactions.
- Manage Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit and foreign currency transactions.
- Negotiate with banks for interest rates, processing charges and other banking costs.
- Monitor loan repayment schedules, interest calculations and banking charges.
- Coordinate for project finance,



equipment/machinery finance and term loans, as required.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliation and resolution of banking discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Import, Sales and Management for financial requirements.
- Maintain MIS related to borrowings, utilization of limits, interest cost, cash flow and banking exposure.
- Ensure compliance with banking terms, documentation requirements and applicable financial regulations.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting and funding decisions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of corporate banking and working capital management.
- Hands-on experience with CC/OD, LC, BG, term loans and project finance.
- Strong understanding of CMA preparation and credit appraisal processes.
- Good knowledge of cash flow and fund-flow management.
- Strong negotiation and banking relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of import/export finance and foreign exchange transactions.
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
