Design and develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Twisted

Build and manage asynchronous, high-performance applications

Develop and maintain APIs and backend logic for enterprise applications

Data & Event Processing:

Develop and manage ETL workflows using Apache Airflow

Implement real-time messaging and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka

- Ensure efficient data processing across distributed systems

System Design & Optimization:

Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues

Collaboration

Work closely with product, DevOps, and engineering teams

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery

- Support integration, testing, and deployment activities

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):

3+ years of professional experience in Python development

Strong proficiency in Python programming

Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and/or Twisted frameworks

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems





Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and ETL pipelines

Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and event-driven architecture

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with microservices architecture

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
