Visionary Strategic Partner LLP (VSP Digital Solutions) , While our roots are in helping startups, small businesses, and organizations build a strong digital presence — through website development, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing — our current focus is myyatra , an AI sales platform built to solve one of the biggest problems facing India's travel industry: leads that go cold because nobody replied fast enough.

myyatra doesn't just power a chatbot — it's a multi-channel sales layer that plugs into wherever a customer already is, qualifies them automatically, and hands a warm, ready-to-book lead to a human agent. We're a small, hands-on team building a real product for real clients, and we're looking for people who want to build alongside us, not just intern for us.

- Multi-channel by design — myyatra runs on WhatsApp and on a client's own website chat window, both powered by the same AI brain, same CRM, same conversation logic. One customer, one seamless experience, regardless of where they message from.
- Built from real agency research — myyatra wasn't designed in a boardroom. It came out of months spent inside an actual travel agency, watching real inquiries get lost in real time.
- End-to-end lead handling — from first message to qualified, ready-to-book handoff, myyatra manages the entire pre-sales conversation: answering questions, sending brochures/pricing/media, checking availability, and briefing the human agent before they even open the chat.
- CRM-integrated — every conversation updates a live CRM automatically, so no lead falls through the cracks and no agent starts a handoff cold.

Job Role: Founding Backend Intern

What you'll work on

You'll help build out myyatra-admin , our internal admin platform — the system that manages client accounts, pricing,



and catalog data behind the AI agent. Think: real APIs, real database schemas, real edge cases (not CRUD tutorials).

Must-have skills

- FastAPI — building and structuring REST APIs
- Python — comfortable writing clean, typed code
- Pydantic — data validation and schemas
- SQLModel (SQLAlchemy) — ORM, migrations, relationships
- PostgreSQL — writing queries, understanding schema design

You must have

- A GitHub/GitLab profile with a real project we can look at (not just course exercises — something you built end-to-end)

What the work looks like, day to day

- Building API endpoints with FastAPI + Pydantic
- Writing and testing database models with SQLModel + Alembic migrations
- Working with a Postgres schema that has real business logic in it (pricing rules, account provisioning)
- Fixing bugs, writing tests, reviewing PRs with the team
