Kuber Precision Tech LLP is an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in Chemical Process Equipment, Mass Transfer Equipment, Distillation Columns, Column Internals, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Storage Tanks and related process equipment.

As we continue to expand our domestic and international market presence, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Professional to join our team and contribute to our B2B marketing and business development activities.

About the Role

This is not a conventional social media marketing position.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management and business development team to understand our products and capabilities, identify potential markets and customers, strengthen our digital presence and develop structured B2B lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B and industrial marketing strategies
- Identify current markets, industries and potential customers
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through online and offline channels
- Manage and develop the company's LinkedIn presence and content strategy
- Support digital marketing and SEO activities
- Coordinate with the website team to improve online visibility and lead generation
- Research potential clients, EPC companies, manufacturers and industrial buyers
- Support email marketing and business outreach campaigns
- Maintain and organize marketing and lead databases
- Track marketing activities,



leads and campaign performance
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Work closely with the sales/business development team to convert marketing opportunities into business leads

Who We Are Looking For
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
- Freshers with strong interest in B2B/industrial marketing are welcome
- Candidates with 0–2 years of marketing experience may apply
- Strong communication and research skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Basic knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
- Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining databases
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering or industrial businesses will be an advantage
