Key Responsibilities

- Be part of Ripik's n-1 leadership team, working directly with and next to the CEO on the priorities that matter most to the company.
- Be part of Ripik's entire journey to IPO from where we are today to the day we ring the bell carrying the operational and reporting rigor that journey demands.
- Lead one major function end-to-end: Customer Success, Product Delivery, or Growth/Marketing or take on a functional Chief of Staff mandate spanning all three, running point on the CEO's highest-priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Represent the CEO in internal and, where relevant,



external forums ensuring consistent messaging and follow-through on commitments made.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of overall experience, ideally including a significant stretch in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or a Chief of Staff / strategy role at a high-growth startup.
- Graduate from a Tier 1 college and MBA from IIM – A/B/C preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset has run a workstream, project, or function end-to-end, not just contributed to one.
- Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills able to bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional problems quickly.
- Sharp written and verbal communication comfortable operating in front of a CEO, a board, or a customer's C-suite with equal ease.
- Client handling experience, ideally from a top consulting engagement.
- Prior experience in a 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environment.
