Role Description The Autocad Designer is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will prepare and revise detailed AutoCAD drawings, including architectural, construction, and layout plans for water, wastewater, and sustainability-focused projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design concepts, preparing accurate drawings from sketches and specifications, coordinating with engineers and architects,



and ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable codes.

The role involves space planning, creating and updating drawing sets, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting project teams with timely design updates.

The Autocad

Designer will collaborate across disciplines to resolve drawing issues, optimize designs for constructability and efficiency, and contribute to high-quality project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings skills, with experience preparing detailed plans and layouts.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing and AutoCAD proficiency, including the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills, with an understanding of functional layouts and efficient use of available areas.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clarify design requirements.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with prior experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Draftsperson.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and codes, and experience in infrastructure, water, wastewater, or sustainable development projects is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple drawing tasks, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to evolving project needs.
