: Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the project independently.
2. Recruit, train, and guide team members.
3. Review and monitor team performance and provide feedback.
4. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

5.Handle internal coordination and external stakeholder communication with a "go-getter attitude."

Work Requirements:

1). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing teams and handling client relationships

2). Strong assignment ownership and management skills

3).



Effective communication and leadership abilities

4). Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

5). Previous experience in the Banking & Finance domain is a strong plus

6). A solution oriented positive mindset
