Role Purpose

We are looking for a field-oriented Audio Video System Integration Project Executive to manage and coordinate AV integration projects at customer sites.

The candidate will be responsible for site visits, understanding project requirements, coordinating installation, supporting configuration and commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful project handover.

The role requires regular travel to customer locations and coordination with customers, OEMs, vendors, installation engineers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites to understand project requirements and site conditions.
- Conduct and support AV site surveys.
- Understand project scope, BOQ/BOM, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor AV installation and integration activities at customer locations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical and Project teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and installation engineers.
- Track material delivery, installation schedules, and project timelines.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of AV systems.
- Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, equipment installation, and system integration.
- Attend customer sites for project-related issues and technical coordination.




- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Support customer demonstrations, testing, and final acceptance.
- Prepare project reports, site visit reports, installation checklists, and handover documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed according to customer requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the support team for post-installation requirements.

Qualification

- Diploma in Engineering, or
- B.E / B.Tech in Engineering

Preferred Backgrounds:

- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Computer Science / IT Engineering
- Other relevant technical qualifications

Mandatory Language Skills The candidate must be able to communicate in all three languages:

- English
- Hindi




- Kannada

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Practical understanding of AV equipment and system integration.
- Basic knowledge of AV installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQ/BOM, and project requirements.
- Strong project coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and project locations.
- Comfortable working in a field/site-based environment.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and resolve site-level issues.

Field Job Requirements This is a field-based position. The candidate should be comfortable with:

- Regular customer site visits.
- Travelling within Bengaluru and other project locations when required.
- Supervising and coordinating installation activities.
- Working at construction sites, offices, conference rooms, boardrooms, and project locations.
- Coordinating with installation engineers and technicians.
- Attending project commissioning and handover activities.

Ideal Candidate A technically robust, field-oriented and customer-focused professional who can take ownership of AV integration projects from site survey → installation → integration → testing → commissioning → customer handover. The candidate will act as a bridge between the Customer, Sales Team, Pre-Sales Team, OEM Partners, Vendors, Installation Engineers, and NexGen Technical/Project Team.
