- Lead a team of Architects.

- Guiding the team regarding design and detailing.

- Preparation of Design inputs for Architects

- Coordination with Principal Architect, Liasoning Architects & other consultants for Concept Finalization.

- Interacting with the clients as well as the various agencies involved in the project.

- Site visits as and when required.

- Preparation of the concept drawings, presentation drawings, submission drawings, working drawings and detail drawings as per the requirements.

- Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional projects experience.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to optimize project outcomes & achieve value for money.

Qualification: B. Arch / M. Arch

Desired Experience: 10-20 years of experience in handling Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional, Leisure Projects
