Finance Consulting

Business Transformation
- a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations

Responsibilities Technical Excellence
- Margin Improvement Business Performance: Identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities.
- Develop fact-based hypotheses explaining performance gaps and prioritize interventions based on financial impact, feasibility and implementation effort.

- Develop initiatives to improve margins through Billable utilization, Employee productivity, Fulfillment efficiency, Bench management, Workforce cost optimization.
- Build initiative-level business cases, value trees and implementation roadmaps.
- Establish financial baselines and mechanisms to track value identified, committed, implemented and realized.

- Partner with Finance and business teams to validate assumptions and ensure benefits are measurable and sustainable.
- Build business cases for transformation initiatives and strategic investments.
- Develop executive dashboards measuring margin and operational performance.

Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration

Experience
- Business Analysis (3+ years)
- Business Intelligence (3+ years)

Skills People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
