Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Associate Team Manager to join our real estate team.

The role combines calling and team management. You will make calls while also managing, guiding, and monitoring the calling team.

The first three months will be a probation period. Continuation in the role will be based on performance, leadership, communication, and overall suitability for the position.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to property owners.
- Understand the owner's requirements and identify genuine opportunities.
- Manage and monitor the team's daily work and follow-ups.
- Guide team members and help improve their calling and performance.
- Track team performance and ensure work is completed consistently.
- Maintain coordination and discipline within the team.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate required.
- Communication:



Positive spoken English and fluent Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Experience: Experienced candidates in calling, telecalling, sales, or team management preferred.
- Skills: Confident communication, leadership ability, persistence, and responsibility.
- Mindset: Comfortable both doing the work and managing a team.
