Associate / Sr. Associate – HR Shared Services

Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible for the functional maintenance and administration of HR systems (ATS & HRMS), serving as the single point of ownership for system configuration, upkeep, testing, and issue resolution across global locations. Partnering closely within HR, and other stakeholders. In addition, the role supports HR Shared Services and employee lifecycle operations, contributing to productive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- System Ownership: Act as the sole functional owner and point of contact for HRMS & ATS,

ensuring smooth day-to-day operation, configuration, and upkeep across global locations.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and coordinate resolution of system and process-related issues to ensure uninterrupted Process workflows.
- Manage Change Requests: Manage ATS & HRMS change requirements involving approval workflows, recruitment process, and Employee Life Cycle workflows.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Improvement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, and support process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
- Employee Lifecycle Processes: Manage employee lifecycle processes including, not limited to

Employment, Visa and Relieving letters, and offboarding activities (including Exit NOC) - within agreed timelines.
- Project Support: Support the HR Manager on key projects and initiatives,



independently managing assigned responsibilities through to completion.
- Query & Verification Management: Resolve employee/stakeholder queries via defined HR channels and handle ex-employee verifications and employment confirmations accurately and on time.
- Service Quality & Reporting: Ensure transaction accuracy against defined SLAs and share periodic operational reports and dashboards on HR Shared Services.
- Governance & Tracking: Maintain the global task tracker with timely follow-up and closure.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management, along with HRMS/ATS administration.
- Hands-on functional experience with HRMS and ATS platforms is mandatory.
