Position Summary:

- Perform detailed financial, operational, and market analysis.
- Conduct earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow assessments.
- Support financial due diligence and valuation assignments.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
- Prepare client-ready reports and presentation materials.
- Identify key business risks, opportunities, and transaction considerations.
- Coordinate with onshore teams for data requests and deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of engagement workpapers.
- Assist in knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives.
