Role Description The Associate Founder role is a full time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves working closely with the founding leadership team to shape strategic direction, define product roadmaps, and drive execution across Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, Education, and MedTech initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include market and technology research, identifying and validating new venture opportunities, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and building partnerships with academia, industry, and government bodies.

The Associate

Founder will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee key projects and pilots,



and contribute to go-to-market plans and business development activities. The role also requires establishing operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative culture aligned with QWV’s mission and values.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and articulate strategy, with experience in venture building, product management, or innovation leadership.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including market analysis, technology assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in at least one relevant domain such as Quantum Technologies, AI/ML, eGovernance, Education technology, or MedTech.
- Demonstrated aptitude for stakeholder management, partnership development, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to take ownership in a fast-evolving deep-tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, computer science, physics, public policy, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not required.
- Prior experience in startups, innovation labs, consulting, or investment roles is beneficial.
