We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Associate Director – Cloud Sales who can take ownership of business development, build strong enterprise relationships, and drive cloud adoption across key markets.

? Location: Bangalore & Mumbai

? Experience: 4–6 Years

? Qualification: Premium MBA preferred

? Role: Full-time | Field Sales

? What You’ll Do

- Drive new business development and revenue growth for cloud solutions and services
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value enterprise opportunities
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with pre-sales, technology, delivery,



and partner teams to create winning solutions
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities

? What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Technology Sales

• Strong experience in Cloud Sales / IT Services / Technology Solutions

- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and CXO-level decision-makers
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities

Good to Have:

- MBA from a reputed/premium business school

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services, or Digital

Transformation

- Existing enterprise customer relationships and industry network
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Exposure to strategic account management and large-value deals
