Role SummaryThe Deal Execution Lead will manage and drive end-to-end execution of strategic sales pursuits, acting as the central coordinator across Sales, Solutioning, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Delivery teams. The role focuses on ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality deal submissions while improving pursuit efficiency and deal conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage deal pursuits from qualification to proposal submission and closure.
- Drive pursuit governance, review milestones, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deal inputs.
- Lead proposal and bid management activities for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive pursuits.
- Track deal timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalation requirements.
- Support commercial reviews, pricing governance, and business case preparation.
- Prepare leadership dashboards, pursuit status reports, and executive updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational deal management processes and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge management, and pursuit best practices.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 7–8 years of experience in Deal Execution, Bid Management, Presales Operations, Sales Excellence, or Program Management.

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to IT Services, Consulting, or Technology organizations.
- Experience managing large and complex pursuits involving multiple stakeholders.
- Solid communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
